About This Course

The Paleo Metabolic Reset is based on the principles of the Paleo Diet. Our Paleolithic ancestors’ diet was high in nutrients and rich in biodiversity. They were lean and fit and did not suffer from chronic inflammation and diseases such as diabetes, obesity, autoimmune conditions, and heart disease that we do today. 

Approximately 11,000 years ago (which is not that long if you think about it) the transition away from hunting and gathering to more stationary farming of new crops such as wheat, corn, rice, and legumes led to a diet much higher in carbohydrates and less in protein and an associated rapid decline in health. 

The Industrial Revolution of the 1800’s brought mass production of white flour, table sugar, vegetable oil, dairy products, and alcohol. Today the majority of foods that we consume are produced in largescale industrial agricultural operations; fruits and vegetables are sprayed heavily with herbicides and pesticides, animals are pumped full of hormones and antibiotics. Our modern day foods have become toxic, low in nutrients, and for many have contributed to chronic disease. 

In this course, you will learn everything you need to set yourself up for a successful Metabolic Reset. During Phase 1 – the Elimination, you will remove the modern day toxic inflammatory foods and emphasize those foods that our ancestors thrived on. During Phase 2 – the Reintroduction, you will strategically determine which foods are ideal for you.
